Industrial designer specialized in jewelry design, Pamela Fuentes Aedo began learning the craft in 2004, experimenting with different techniques until focusing on the development of contemporary jewelry. Throughout her career, she has trained both in Chile and abroad, learning new techniques that enrich her practice and feed her approach to contemporary jewelry and the teaching of the craft—both in her own studio and in higher education institutions. She has trained hundreds of people interested in exploring the various dimensions of jewelry, many of whom now have their own brands. She has participated in jewelry and design exhibitions and seminars in Chile, Peru, Argentina, and Spain, seeking to share her work and build connections with other creators in the field.
